Participants are required to register for the conference through LBTU CONFERENCE SYSTEM. Registration is open until 30 January, 2026. All questions regarding registration and accommodation should be directed to the Conference office.

Registration Fees
Participation fee for author 350 EUR
Participation for students with LBTU affiliation is free
Participation fee for co-author/ listener (attend in person) 80 EUR
Decision on reducing the participation fee for LBTU employees is at the discretion of the conference organizers
The registration fee for participants includes: participation, conference materials, coffee breaks, an excursion, and the banquet dinner.
The registration fee does not cover travel to and from Jelgava, accommodation, or lunches.
