19th Baltic Conference on Food Science and Technology FOODBALT 2026 “RESILIENT FOOD SYSTEMS: FROM PRIMARY PRODUCTION TO CONSUMPTION,” which will be held in Jelgava, May 14–15, 2026. The FOODBALT 2026 Conference will focus on the trends and innovations in food science and technology, valorisation of co-products, non-traditional ingredients, and food waste, economical and agricultural aspects in sustainable food chain, consumer’s preferences and food choices, and challenges in nutrition science.
